Just watched a cool 25th anniversary documentary about this album.. what an epic journey, and a timeless classic, beginning to end.

(10,129 posts)dig it out and pop it into the stereo... sounds every bit as sparkling, powerful and beautiful as it did the first day I bought it in '86 (or was it '87?) The vocal parts in this song, and in "Under African Skies" never fail to give me goosebumps no matter how many times I listen to them.
Edit for wrong song title..

(10,129 posts)The Dead were actually pretty damned good at covers... Now that I`m thinking cover songs, I need to dig out my bootleg Tool disc and listen to their cover of Wings` "Silly Love Songs" again..
