Getting the house appraised in an hour for a re-financing.

I've spent two days hiding all my weed.

But I think I'm screwed, because there is weed dust all over the walls.

I hope the appraiser is cool.

but to counteract that increase in value, there have been nights when I have been so wasted that I just kind of tilted forward in my chair and smashed my head through the sheetrock wall. So there are several big, oval un-repaired holes in the walls at various locations in the home.

I hope they have a way of accounting for that.

My dear husband forgot to empty the ashtray in his bedroom.
But everything went well with the appraiser.

Don't worry. Be happy!

Now, one last thing. I had a party 2 weekends ago, and one of my friends got a little out of hand. He is 390 pounds, and when he drinks, it takes about 6 guys to control him.

He got the urge to start an "indoor bonfire" in the middle of my living room, which burned a six foot hole right down through to the basement.

I have not had time to properly repair this yet, so I got a big braided oval rug and put it over the hole.

If the appraiser tries to walk on the rug, I will just try to divert her attention by saying something like "oh, please don't step on that rug...it is an heirloom".
