I have leftover pork loin and

ham from Easter. I also have a large pickle, mayo and chili powder. I shall make Cuban sandwiches tomorrow. My life is good.

around here. I found a recipe for this and she is making it on Wednesday. I had never heard of this before. Sounds delicious. We are in the same boat, leftover ham & pork from Easter.

... leftovers don't last forever. I hope the ham is still good. The consequences can be too graphic even for Meta.
