My friends and I ate there 2 to 3 years ago and got into an arguement about the "salt contente of their food"..So when we got back we looked it up, since the salt amount on different meals was available on the internet. Very dangerous. Many single meals had content of over 2000 mg of salt, the entire days requirement for normal eaters. There rolls had over 500 mg each.. I no longer go there..ever.

I love the Cheesecake Factory, and Panera's.

Now I live in the country, we don't have any chains. We do have Seth, who makes the best bread on the planet.

The Nutrition Action Newsletter. Lots of information, sometimes about specific foods found in chain restaurants. Here's a link to their archives from 2010-2011.
