11. I was happy to read your thread, but I didn't know how to reply.

I treat a lot of Diabetic patients at a clinic for the homeless. But I get a paycheck for doing it, and the care itself is paid for out of a generous grant. So I felt a little shamed by your doctor's selflessness and generosity. I feel mercenary by comparison.
