The genie says "I'll give you each one wish". The Englishman says "Build a wall a mile-high around England so that nothing can get in and nothing can get out". The genie snaps his fingers and the wall appears.

He turns to the Scotsman who says "Nothing can get in and nothing can get out?" The genie nods.

"Fill it with water".
