question, the only time I had it the pancakes where very thin, like a wheat tortilla, those look more like a gordita (corn) - is that normal? sorry to relate everything to Mexican food, but that is much more my world these days.

there is a little Chinese buffet place in town and I have had worse food, but I have also had MUCH better. the one thing they have going for them is a seafood buffet on Mother's Day that one of my squids takes me to - most of it is meh but I do try to get her money's worth with the crab legs

I have never seen Peking Duck prepared with such thick slices before. I have only seen it sliced quite thin, or shredded, and on a much thinner, almost tortilla like piece of pastry / bread / roll / tortilla. Rolled up, not folded in half. I am going to have to discuss thick sliced, and a heavier bread with my local restaurateur.

Damn. I'm hungry.

I was too busy getting my fingers sticky, putting duck into the buns..with ducky sauce! I did get right the number of Tsingtao..
