(794 posts)did you have a chance to hear the version played in Waters' 2006 tour? Set The Controls for the Heart of the Sun has always been the 1st Waters tune that displayed the future route the Floyd would take in music.

(13,324 posts)One of the most talented line-ups (vocals included) in rock'n'roll history, at their absolute peak, kicking ass all over the place. The only 70's hard rock/heavy metal live album to compare would probably be UFO's 'Strangers in the Night,' and even that one is a notch below.
