My spam is getting weird...

In my e-mail, the spam I get is getting strange.

Lots of weird symbols and characters.
Is this just a way to get past any filters?

3. You Can Expect ANything

Some try to make it sound like they know you and some have no title at all. I love the ones that state I never answered them which of course was impossible since I had no idea what idiot it was in the first place.
I can just imagine some millionaire in the spam trade trying to think of new ways of getting your attention while at the same time get around your email snoopers.
What is always strange is when your regular mail once in awhile ends up in spam box and spam ends up in regular mail. I often wonder who is allowing for such a switch.
I have seen foreign writing in a few of my spam emails. They always end up in that circular file in the sky!
