Are dead people driving in South Carolina? Forget dead people voting.

The attorney general of South Carolina apparently used MOTOR VEHICLE DATA to conclude that dead people are voting in South Carolina. Shouldn't the greater concern be whether dead people are DRIVING in South Carolina.

There's no way in HELL he could have seen anything in front of him. He's probably dead by now and probably still commuting.
