Is chocolate milk poisonous to cats as it is to dogs? Cause Twilight keeps trying to shove

her whole head into my glass to get at the chocolate milk at the bottom of the glass. I emptied it and she stuck her paw into it. I think she's just trying for some attention.

Yeah I looked it up on google. Cats cannot taste sweet so she probably thought it was just milk. applegrove May 2013 #2

2. Yeah I looked it up on google. Cats cannot taste sweet so she probably thought it was just milk.

Anyhow I drank it all to get rid of it and have rinsed the glass. I poured her a bowl of milk and she is happily drinking it.

As she got older, she wasn't allowed any dairy products due to lactose intolerance.
