Firefox newest update SUCKS!!!...

pages take forever to load. I've tried the firefox reset and it doesn't help.

I love firefox but if they can't correct this, I'll have to use something else.

Anyone else having this problem?

edited: seems to be working ok for the moment. fingers crossed that the last reset helped.

second edit: nope not helping.

You should be able to set set your update preferences. Mine always asks if I want to update. n/t winter is coming May 2013 #3

didn't help. I hate that Firefox doesn't ask if you want the update it just does it. The last few have all had issues, but this one is the worst. The pages take forever to load. It's driving me crazy.

I'm glad I saved the install for 18.x

The previous versions are available from Mozilla, I believe.

I have been trying to watch a show on Hulu and it takes forever. I usually just give up. Firefox is to blame!

And, it could depend on the web pages you visit. I have the same problem whether I use Firefox 21 of Chrome. It doesn't matter if I use the old desktop or the new laptop. Chrome is a little faster, but on certain web pages, it's choppy and extremely frustrating regardless of which browser I use. YouTube is okay, usually. But, video on many other pages is excessively slow.

I tried all that stuff too and even did a restore to no avail. I even put new batteries in my mouse but it still acts constipated. I need a Firefox Ex-Lax.
