My new addiction, is Chef Gordon Ramsey

The thread about Amy's Bakery led me to start watching him. Oh my, he does a lot for people! He maybe crass, however he gets his word through. Saving not only restraunts, however families, marriages, and friendships. I'm now watching him on "Gordon Ramsey Behind Bars." A wonderful thing he's doing for these men in prison, and for the country!!!

2. I like him more for it actually.

A lot of these restauranteurs he helps, what they need is someone they respect to raise their voice and use foul words with them; show some passion and anger, light a fire under their ass. It's really easy to get complacent or start taking the shortcuts and letting the food suffer.

There is something shaming about having a giant of your industry recognize your shortcomings for what they are.

No way i could ever admit to liking a bear. His cooking is good though.
