It's written in the boot camp part of the film, and spoken in the Vietnam part of the film.

I haven't seen the movie in probably 15 years. I remember a lot of it; very vivid. Most Kubrick films are.

The obstacle course (which isn't shown, being more boring) is timed, but the high course is not.
