I saw the movie at the theater with a guy I went to tech school with and I own the DVD too.

I haven't seen the movie in probably 15 years. I remember a lot of it; very vivid. Most Kubrick films are.

The obstacle course (which isn't shown, being more boring) is timed, but the high course is not.
