So now I'm rapidly going blind in my OTHER eye

Just a month after I got a contact lens and was actually able to SEE again, my "good" eye is now rapidly clouding.

I predict another needle in my eye at my eye clinic next week.

And I was SO looking forward to driving again...

I'm so sorry. Not being able to drive makes one feel so trapped. I hope this eye recovers quickly from the procedure next week, and that you are back on the road asap.

I feel imprisoned. I have dreams about riding my motorcycle into the Tennessee hills again...

Cataract surgery. Surgery was a success, so I see fine out of my right eye.

My left eye is just about worthless now, though. I'm on the waiting list for that one.

Best of luck, Pris. Losing my sight was always one of my worst fears.

That's what it sounds like from your description of cloudiness. You said the operation didn't do much for your other eye. How long ago was that done to the other eye. Usually cataract surgery should restore pretty good vision.
