I actually wrote this reply earlier, but mistook 'Preview' for 'Post my repy!' and lost it.

French mechanics and Italian longshoremen drink this stuff, so they have to make affordable varieties.

I'm getting the feeling that 2010 was a good year for cabernet.

Mine is a 2011 Claret. Incredible color, and lots of spicy notes.

I like their Pinot Noir and Cabernet very much as well. Haven't tried the Merlot...can't find it around here.

That's not being a philistine. That's being sophisticated.

'Light beer goes with everything!' ? Now that's being a philistine!

Hey,
If so, I have been to his winery several times, it is a pretty neat place. There is the car from Tucker, and a bunch of other memorabilia from some of his other movies, like the desk from the Godfather, and his Academy Awards. It also has a fun restaurant. I would recommend it for anyone that visits the region, free to walk around and look at the memorabilia.

Peace

And thanks for the info. In Tacoma, we have a car museum that has its own Tucker. It's cool to see up close.
