My husband and I have been working on a documentary (3 Still Standing) about the downsizing of middle class comedians. Just got the promo up and I'm so excited - wanted to share it with DU.
Thanks a bunch!

I have seen some of the comics in the video working the streets in San Francisco.
Another one was A. Whitney Brown. Not as well known, but he was the head writer for Saturday Night Live for awhile in the 80s. Did a little on-camera work there, too. He used to work with a "trick" dog at Pier 39 in the 70s. Very funny man.

(1,704 posts)but many of them have been squeezed out - downsized when corporations took over the comedy world.
