The Monarchs are back! 
I read that they were becoming extinct because their habitat had been cut down in Mexico. I hope that's not true. 
I have big butterfly bushes out back, so I will keep my eyes peeled. And I have nice tall milkweed along the fence for the little caterpillars to munch on. The Welcome mat is out at chez femmocrat! 
We do tend to provide special treats to tempt the things we love.
