One quart equals 32 ounces.

Ergo, one quart equals 952mL
One pint equals 476mL
One cup equals 238mL

Ta-dah!

And if it is cooking just make 1 quart = 1 liter, which is close enough for cooking or government work. Since there are 4 cups in a quart, 1 cup = 1/4 liter or 250 ml. CEFGW or cooking.

If it is science, stick to the metric system and don't do the conversion.

I was just using ml to illustrate how many different cups there are.

the cup size depends on the band and underwire size and manufacturers all use different sizing methods anyway.

For instance, typical volumes from one manufacturer would be

Underwire size 32:
34A 32B 30C--310 cc

Underwire size 34:
36A 34B 32C 30D-- 390 cc

Whazzat?

Oh, ok...

Never mind.
