I was getting ready to walk my dogs on our public trail earlier this week. Our poopy-bag dispensers are about a mile apart & it never fails that one or both of my dogs will need to do their thing somewhere in between, or someone else on the trail will ask me if I have an extra bag they can have for an unexpected lawn ornament. So I usually take 4 or 5 to make sure all possibilities are covered.
As I'm tying them to the leash, this old crabass walks past me, sneers and says "well that's one way to rip off the taxpayers". Like I'm pilfering poo bags for personal use? Using them a lunch bags? Freezer bags? What? Like I drove there from another city for the sole purpose of getting those bags?
I was so pissed. I responded (one of the few times my rage didn't render me speechless): "Yeah, considering I'm both a property and income tax payer myself, I think I can use these. Or would you prefer I let my dogs shit wherever & leave it so the city has to pay someone to pick it up?"
Fucker just kept sneering and walking.
