it was pot pie tonight here and some cantaloupe. Sun tea as well, but nothing special...

About 1 cup of water in a microwavable dish - I'm talking about a Kraft dinner size pack.

Just put in enough water to make the macaroni barely float.

Nuke 3 minutes - stir

Nuke 3 more minutes - stir again

and so on (usually only takes about 12 minutes for 2 servings) (one Kraft dinner size box)

add a wee bit of water if necessary between stirs.

continue the 3 minute regimen until desired texture is achieved.

No draining required - eg - you get all the nutrition - not pouring it down the drain.

embellish as desired with sliced brick cheese, onions, tomato, ham, spices, whatever and nuke again for a minute or two

yummm!

I lived in Malaysia and elsewhere in the tropics, I don't think I've ever got to the point where I couldn't boil water However the heat and humidity will diminish your appetite.

It's like nothing else. Again back to Malaysia, most of the houses and businesses (except many restaurants) are air conditioned. Walking from a 31 degree 100% humid sauna outdoors to a 23 deg dry room feels like sex

and I had chicken and rice for dinner a while ago.

Well, at least National Ice Cream Day is fast approaching so I'm ready for that!
