Pour ingredients for a Black Russian (Kahlua and Vodka) into a blender and
add a shot of Amaretto.
.
Add a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream and blend it all (add some half-and-half
if needed for consistency.
.
I forget what we used to call it, but we served it in a BIG beer mug and you
were told up front that you would be cut off from all alcohol after 3 of them.

.
Nobody ever complained.

or maybe other rye or whatever whisky you have.

Manhattans and a cigar is a nice way to spend a few hours chatting with friends.

I also like White Russians...

Tall glass, filled with ice. Squeeze half a lime in, throw the half into the glass, add gin and soda/mineral water.

For very special occasions: A Bombay Rose. Bombay Sapphire Martini, splash of Campari, orange twist.
