According to this site:

http://sciencenordic.com/do-dogs-see-what%E2%80%99s-happening-tv

So unless you have a TV that's going to interpolate the signal and show it at above 70fps, some do, your dog may not want to watch the slide show

my dogs are worth it .....now into my shop to fix this ------daisy and bowie are missing out on a wonderful world of visual stimuli like reverse mortgage ads , fad diets and the world of modern meds to cure everything .

TV even digi TV is using 24 F.P.S. the film Hobit film doubled up at 48 frames per second for the whole film ( didn't see it ) was it any good and or worth the effort ? Some special effect sequences are shot at quite high rates ......my dogs are just too smart to like TV even when there are Cheetos at stake they rarely glance at the screen . We must break this code and get special dog TV up and running now .
