That's one thing I can't seem to agree with, in regards to the financial assessment.

It has to be a lot more than that, from the property itself which would cost any where from 1-2 Mil at a minimum.
Then add all the furniture and antiques in there. That could easily inflate that even more.

Still, I agree with Denim. Being Batman = Priceless.

But I think it's too early in the new Superman franchise to pull that story out, honestly.

With all the Lexcorp hints in Man of Steel, they should bring Lex Luthor out next movie.
