(72,291 posts)If most of your Canadian driving experiences have been in my neck of the woods, then yes, I can see why you'd think we're all polite. Shift one province over and you'll find Dumbass Central. Too many overcompensation trucks piloted by rednecks and yahoos.

(72,291 posts)I like to think there is a place in North America one can go to get away from them, but I guess not...
Anyway, yeah, my only experience driving in Canada has been in Victoria and Vancouver, and drivers there are mostly sane.
My brother and I visited Toronto last year, but he did the driving, so I don't know how things are there.
