I dont like any other drinks except beer

And I only like Coors

What's wrong with me? Why can't I like more refined drinks? Am I going to drink beer for the rest of my life?

You're not American, if I recall? Well for the love of God, since you're here, develop a taste for craft brews. Or at least drink Yuengling Light. That's a good light beer.

Just because I wasn't born here. I've been here for almost 2 decades and I don't consider myself anything else but American.

Just so you know.

Don't get me wrong, I'd never relocate. I love this country. But seriously, we do have our embarrassing moments. I found the 2004 election especially cringe-worthy.

FWIW, I don't ever really distinguish between naturalized & native citizens. My best friend is still running along his citizenship track, might be another 5 years, but he's certainly an American in my estimation.

...Coors ain't beer. You should branch out and try some real beers instead of that pisswater. Beer varieties vary in taste as much as wine does. Try a bunch of the styles, and find some that you like. You'll find yourself wondering why you ever like that Colorado Koolaid in no time.

I tried Stella, Corona ( I like Corona Extra but my friends said its not clean, whatever that means), than I tried some weird ales, didn't like any of them .

I can't have liquor, I feel like I'm choking if I try whiskey or vodka.

So... I'm left with Coors.

Once when I was drunk , I called them and told them how much I like their beer and asked if they had any cupons and they HUNG UP ON ME!!!

It has to be $20 per six pack and it has to be called Hostenfallzeiererer or something similar for you to be one of the cool kids.

I still like beer ( don't care for Coors....too watery ) but I like dry wines, Whiskey, and the occasional martini.

An important point to make though is that what I drink will vary with the time of day ( even time of year ) or the occasion. Everything has its place.

... clichéd. hackneyed, trite, unoriginal and, let's face it, fairly arrogant posts of beer snobs ("that's
not beer" "Budwhizzer" "pisswater" "fucking close to water&quot in the honking voices of a flock of
geese passing overhead.
.
For being from and of the "Party of Choice", an unfortunate number of us look down upon those
others of us who don't share their, um... you know... "refinement".
.
Talk about peer pressure... I mean LITERAL beer-peein' "peer" pressure to be "one of us... one of
us... one of us... one of us". Where the hell do people get off telling other people what should or
should not... even what does or does not taste good to that particular individual.
.
We get it. You're the "beer literati" whose purpose in life is to save the great unwashed hordes
from "themselves".
.
GEEZ... at least get some clichés that mirror the alleged "freshness" of your favorite beverage --
and not the repetitive mantra of name-calling from the Michael Savage show.
.
She likes what she likes. Period. End of statement. Suggestions for better "choices" without all
the arrogance would certainly be appreciated.
.

That said, Coors Beer WAS founded by the aptly-named ADOLPH Coors and had a decades, if
not century-long reputation as company that supported seriously rightwing causes. They've
spent many decades now emphasizing the "difference" between what "Coors Beer" and what the
"Coors family" supports -- including the foundation in the 90's of the Castle Rock Foundation --
even further separating the "name" itself from this funding.

That company doesn't deserve your financial support for blatant political reasons (geez, if ever
there were such a company, it's Grandpa Adolph's)... but not because "that's not beer, that's
pisswater".

I need to find a craft beer I like.

Chances are if you like Coors, you're not going to like almost ANY craft beer, but ask
for an easily-found suggestion of something you might actually LIKE, rather than
something you SHOULD like.
.
I found a great one, but I had to travel to Moab, UT to do so.
.
.
Won't hurt to look and you might find something you really like (any small brewpubs
where you live? That way you could support a local business -- but don't do it at the
cost of your own enjoyment.)

That said, I was drinking Sierra Nevada Hoptimum yesterday and that's very nice.

I'm another one who hardly touches any alcoholic beverage other then beer, but I'm in a place where I'm surrounded by good beer so for me I don't have any excuse for drinking the rubbish stuff anyway.
