Walmart to China: "We need 1 million orange pumpkin plastic candy buckets"

China to Walmart: "No problem"

....6 months....

Walmart to China: "Why are they blue?"

China to Walmart: "We got blue dye cheaper this year."

Walmart to China: "Send us orange ones!"

China to Walmart: "Sorry, no time"

Walmart: "F- it, blue ones this year"

Your high quality control walmart at work.
