$500,000 the UN is offering by working for that company for 10 months 1/9 th of the following month. But that's what's wrong with your generation you don't want to work you want everything handed to you.

6. Believe me, I really wanted to work for that company

after receiving this previous employment offer:

Hi. I work in the employment agency. We have several excellent positions,
which will be suitable for you. I advise you to familiarize yourself with the
information. There are full-time jobs, as well as jobs with flexible hours.
The wage starts from 85.000 yens (= $860) + commission. If you are looking for a

7. The scammers need to get a little up to speed on salary scales, eh?

"High-paying job" and "$860 per month" don't quite go together.

8. Sure, I'll sign up for it

Dear Mr. Duke,

Thank you for your kind message. Yes, I've been scammed and yes, I would love to have my reparations from the United Nations.

Please contact my barrister with your contact information, as he will have to travel to your location to pick up the cheque. (I've been scammed so many times, I know better than to do business via e-mail.)

My barrister is:

James B. Comey, Esq.
935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20535-0001

Send him your address right now so he can send his assistants to you.

Yours truly,
Harlan Sanders

12. I've had e-mail scams that are allegedly from The World Bank

promising me that they are holding lots of money for me from a deceased relative I never knew. The only problem is that I work for The World Bank Group. One time I decided to play along and wrote back asking if they could give me the name of the IBRD's manager in Nigeria so that I could contact him directly since I worked at IFC and make arrangements for the money to be deposited in my IBRD account. Oddly enough I never got a response back.
