Late Season Kayaking

Okay, so it's been a long while since I shared any pictures on here (well over 2 years I think). . . anyway, went out kayaking on a very nice day for so late in the year. . . this is on the Charles River near Medfield, MA in the early evening on Saturday. . .

What a beautiful and serene spot you did your kayaking in...

I especially like the last one, the sunset. The backlit trees are wonderful!

Thanks for sharing...

I think my favorite is no. 3, mainly because of the lighting.

2 and 3 are the same spot from different angles, in 3, the sun decided to peek out from behind the clouds and it was pretty low angle so it gave that gorgeous golden hue that I always love to capture .

I'm glad you enjoyed them!

Got a little chilly by the time we finished, but it was in the mid-high 60's most of the time.

No sense risking a chill.

Inside, fire, warm clam chowder, and maybe a grill cheese sandwich or two. Better make that two just to be sure.
