I just had some leftover cheesy potatoes from last night's supper.

No ham. Great anyway.

We love to cook and make lots, so pretty much any of our creations are great as leftovers!

With Thanksgiving around the corner, my favorite thing to do is make a spicy turkey tortilla soup out of the bones.....that's a great soup as a leftover as well.

My wife will eat it the first day and I get remnants for a week. It's getting cool now so I need to get cracking on a new batch

Honestly, my favorite breakfasts are leftovers. Doesn't much matter what the are.

Chinese food...

Fisherman's platter...

Thanksgiving dinner because it's cooked by a stepdaughter, who makes it each year.

She always sends us home with a couple of plates full of leftovers.

My son and his wife have Christmas Eve at their house and we make a trade...I leave them my homemade chicken lo mein and take home their cheese and potato pierogi, and fried fish.

I cook on Thursday and do not cook again until Monday except for making simple things such as throwing leftover turkey, gravy, and vegetables into a pie crust to make a pot pie.

Left over roast beef sliced really thin and mounded on rye bread with just salt and pepper is great but I like it with horseradish added for zip. (I've also made that sammie w/mayo but don't tell anyone )

I really don't like fish left overs - fish needs to be cooked fresh and eaten immediately. Though tuna or salmon burgers (made with canned fish) aren't too bad as leftovers.

My roommate used to make a lot and we would have it to take to work for lunch for a few days. Also, lasagna, barbecue chicken and mashed potatoes, pasta with pesto sauce and penne ala vodka. We did a lot of cooking.
