How to make work better, according to my 8 yr old

My daughter spent the day at work with me (NJ Teachers convention closed the schools) and, after 9 hours at the office, she came up with some suggestions to make work more fun.

Attached is her unedited (except for spelling) list.

1. Recess after lunch
2. Pizza Day
3. Employee of the month
4. Partner day (work with a friend for the day)
5. Game day
6. Choice Day (you get to choose what you will work on and can set your own schedule) (KBer Comment: Google does this already.)
7. Charity month
8. Casual Day
9. More free time / breaks
10. Craft Day
