Anyone seen the movie? Very powerful...not an comfortable movie to watch...great direction, no wonder the Oscar buzz..

1. No, but I saw Jon Stewart interview the actor and show a preview.

It does look like a good movie and it's one I intend to watch.

3. I'm so old that I had to look up who Steve McQueen was.

Since it obviously wasn't the action hero guy.

The director of this movie is a black guy named Steve McQueen.

like, "Didn't he die a while back?"

Then, when I looked it up it's another Steve McQueen, a young black guy from the UK.

Feel like slitting my wrists.

Thankfully I have no ties to the southern "crackers" who imposed this reign of terror.
