Waiting is the hardest part............

I really really hate waiting.

Submitted my comprehensive exam over a week ago and have to wait another 5 days for my grade.

Oh it's killing me.

I mean I am getting to do other things for once, but I am so ready to jump back on the horse and start working again.

Did I mention I really hate waiting?

I have heard with oral you find out pretty much right away. Granted that would have made me pretty nervous having to stand up and actually try come up with answers.

We have to wait a total of two weeks. The only slight hint I've had is that the professor said I passed on the plagiarism detector. I'm a horrid writer and sometimes I was working when I was tired. That's when I am most prone to make dumb mistakes. Thankfully I got done a week early and double checked everything.

Today I got an automated email registering me for my first DIS class, which I thought was good news. Apparently that is just standard and doesn't really tell me anything. *rrrrr*

When I took them I was seated at a seminar table. They can follow up with any questions they want to interrogate your further. The fact they were oral was more stressful for me. My field was history, and I did both minor and major oral exams in different geographic areas.

My field is International Business and I am working on an applied doctorate. There were four questions 10-15 pages each on theory, research, practice, and ethics. Each question had three parts.
