evaporated milk, condensed milk, 2% milk

I will be making muffins that call for 1/2c milk, can I use there 3 interchangeably ? and the ratios on 2%/condensed/evaporated the same?

in a no-bake cookie recipe and had to guess how much sugar to cut back on. In the end the cookies were too sweet and didn't set quite right.

So based on that experience, no I wouldn't sub condensed for the other 2. Evap is fine. Just pour 1/2 milk and half water.
