I'm not going to name the town because I've learned that DU is overflowing with lurking freeper shitbags who threaten to "use" that kind of information.
BUT...
...the Nevada experiment didn't work out, and I have a close friend who is going to let me crash at her house in Texas while I check out business opportunities.
Should be an interesting journey but as I said, it will be more heavily edited and less specific in terms of detail because of SOME OF THE PEOPLE reading this.

(24,318 posts)...and that person isn't me. Gathered enough raw material to write a book, which I may do someday, but being at the bottom of virtually every 50 states list gets old. Town is 99.9% red, I am assuming many of the locals like to sit in a tree and play the banjo like that kid from "Deliverance." I'm not a MENSA member, but enough is enough.
Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
