I actually think the spaghetti and meatballs at the Olive Garden are pretty good!

As a former back-line cook and saucier for the OG, i know what goes into the products there.

Seriously.

I see Facebook comments and such RE: local restaurants and their "yummy" fare and I think "Did you actually EAT here?"

Nevada can often be the home of grease, salt and fat. There may be "fine dining" in Vegas, but not 65 miles OUT of Vegas.
