Seems there is a lot of uncertainty in the forecast from the networks to the web-based forecasting.
I see storm totals as low as 4"-6" to 10"-14" and one as high as 14"-20"
If there is any certainty to the forecast however, it's that I have a long 48 hours ahead and will be ragged come dinner time on Thursday.

I take it you drive a snow plow. Be careful out there!

(14,910 posts)I become seasonally unemployed every year, started yesterday.
So I drive a plow truck in the winter to supplement the income.
I enjoy it mostly, change of pace. However as I get older the erratic nature of the hours wears thin.
That's life.
My main concern is the holiday traffic. Many do not understand my job well enough to grasp the concept that I know what I'm doing. I won't be backing out into traffic, so please don't spike the brakes in anticipation. Bad things happen.
Good day, be well!
