1. That was NOT a funeral, but rather a memorial service. Much of Africa considers such a time to

celebrate the life of the dearly departed, like we do at Irish wakes. Incongruent as it might seem to many Americans, it's most definitely not a time for sad faces. In New Orleans jazz funerals, the band plays a dirge as it leads attendants to the cemetery; the return march, however, is exhuberance unleashed. I'd feel terribly offended if my own wake was anything but a loud, raucous party.

This was a false and manufactured 'controversy'. Same as the flap over Michelle's facial expression of a micro flash. Easy to pose false indictments with today's high speed cameras.
