Anyone remember Fuzzy Wuzzy soap?

Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear. Fuzzy Wuzzy had no hair. Fuzzy Wuzzy wasn't very fuzzy, wuzzy?

I don't remember the fur growing like the ad shows, but I remember washing and the fur going away. I think the fur came back when the soap dried. I was really young at the time, so the memory is vague. I do remember thinking it was magical.

when you melted down the whole bar there was a plastic thingy of some sort, the other thing I remember about it was that it utterly grossed out my Mom "soap that grows hair, yukl!"

I thought i was going to learn why it was fuzzy here. I do not remember a toy inside maybe it was a neighbors house that had the soap.

I was going to buy it for my mom for her birthday and wanted to make sure this is it...$75 for a bar of soap seems high, but I don't know where else to find it.
