Wow,, your note covered almost all of the facets of the visit, the "significant" parts of my life, and the praise for my "persistence"!1 Haha, we know how persistent persistence is and how it carries the connotation of "Some people just won't take a hint!1"
Actually the visit went smoother than I expected, so props for that!1 In fact, the only ways I might imagine it being better would be if it encompassed half the effort your thank-you notes take to write -- something like: Controlling the finger-tapping,, the staring off into space, and the iron clad determination to share material things but not oneself.
