Nothing has fallen off. I haven't fallen over. I'm sleeping well.
No chondroitin - my joints feel exactly the same.
No saw palmetto - I'm peeing exactly the same as I was before I started taking it and WHILE I was taking it.
No multi vitamins - I'm feeling exactly the same as I was before I started taking it and WHILE I was taking it.
No flaxseed oil - I'm not sure why I was taking it. The reasons are lost in the mists of time. Nothing seems to have changed.
So, based on this anecdotal evidence I will continue the experiment.

(39,376 posts)I take methotrexate and it wrecks my stomach unless I take 1000+mcg a day. It's the only supplement that I have ever felt did anything for me.

(30,947 posts)I used to have leg cramps every night. Then I read somewhere on the Internet that Vitamin E would prevent leg cramps. I have been taking it for the past two years, and the leg cramps have disappeared.

(18,020 posts)Then increased my fluid intake along with eating full fat farm yogurt. Plus lots of vegetables. No leg cramps.
