Does anyone else think Snapchat is stupid?

It's funny that I'm now like an old fogey complaining about new technologies (I'm 30), but I think it's pretty pointless. If something needs to be sent via it and instantly deleted after viewing instead of in a normal text message, then you should probably ask yourself if it's something you want to keep on your not impossible to be lost phone and be sending in the first place. The only people I see getting much utility out of it are drug dealers and spies. Don't see the point.

I can hardly get used to Skype! And I still don't know how to get it started - thank the gods and goddesses for a technoHubby!

People can go back to being outrageous on the Internet, and not have to worry about it coming back to haunt them a few years from now, when they need that new job.

of course, I think that nothing every completely disappears on the Internet. The NSA is probably gathering all the Snapchat posts up ....
