Sleep-deprived parents leave hilarious note telling kids not to wake them until 10 a.m.

Sleep-deprived parents surprised their children with this early morning message to shock them into being quiet for a peaceful few more hours.

Exhausted Samantha Manville and her husband couldn't face being woken up at 7 a.m. after going to bed just five hours earlier.

So they wrote a note to Alexia, 10, and Liam, 8, which they hoped would allow them to keep their eyes closed until at least 10 a.m.


And it worked.

The Pasco, Washington, couple colorfully ordered their offspring not to wake them unless it was "a real emergency."
