And there are enough members of this board who dislike the man for no other reason than he publishes a magazine centered around sexuality and attractive women....

BUT....

Hugh Hefner did more to promote minorities and women in TV, comedy and music than almost any other single person, not to mention up and coming rock and roll acts like...oh...I don't know.....The Grateful Dead, Deep Purple, The Byrds and many, many more.

Just search "Playboy After Dark" and "Playboy's Penthouse" on Youtube.

He is the progressives progressive. Love him or hate him, when he goes, he'll be missed. There is no one to replace him.
