but I ended up have a severe panic attack. Hubby took me to Urgent care and actually made me feel like the most important person in the world. I felt like shit -- everything a panic attack symptom included I had -- I thought I was having a heart attack. I couldn't breath, I was freaking out, I was sweating, the coughing caused my back and chest muscles to go into spasm. I called him up and asked him to come home. He was there in 10 minutes and took me to urgent care. By this time I was crying all over the place.

Turned out I had a very bad reaction to the OTC meds I was taking for my cold. Dr. Said she's seen it before.

HE and the Dr. we able to get me calmed down enough to breath like a normal person. She gave me a script for the cough. antibiotics for my ears and sinus' and Ativan for the anxiety.

He then went out and bought a sushi dinner for us to enjoy on the couch.

I had a very scary afternoon, but my hubby made me safe and secure.

It was scary. Lotsa stuff going on, and this cold didn't help, I guess.

Hubby was really supportive. never once asked me any questions about what brought it on or anything like that. He just kept telling me it is going to be alright.

That ativan really has helped break the knotted cycle feeling. the cough medicine is helping me not cough so violently (thus reducing the back and chest pain) and now the antibiotics seem to be kicking in.

I am feeling better. I am feeling relaxed and I can breath.

Thank you most for understanding.

Hubby wins for being the awesome.
