4. Walrus reminds me of me

On my first day of rehab. Energetic (did I ever hate her) trainer and me struggling with the basics of lift that leg, touch those toes, stretch those arms. If it wasn't for the Hamburger and shakes afterwards , I wouldn't have gone.

But he was great and I have full range of motion in my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery.

but they do know what we need to do to get fixed correctly. It may hurt like hell sometimes, but it is what needs to be done.
