Stupid question: what happened to Edit History?

I'm used to that red "Edited on XX.YY" badge of shame when I notice a typo I have to correct, now it's not there anymore.

We are experimenting with a 30-minute "grace period" during which time the red edit notification...
...does not appear.

However, the edits still appear in the edit history.
