Dear Faithful America member,

Inspired by the Moral Mondays movement in North Carolina, New York faith leaders are coming together this Monday at noon to pray for a moral budget that protects the poor.

Bring a pillow for your knees and join us at the governor's New York City office as we demand changes to the governor's deeply unchristian budget, which slashes services to the poor in order to give more than $2 billion in tax breaks to the rich.

Monday, March 10, noon
Across the street from Governor Cuomo’s Manhattan office
633 3rd Ave (at 41st St.)
New York, NY

We hope you can join these faith leaders and show that Christians are kneeling in opposition to New York's efforts to give tax cuts to the rich at the expense of the poor.

Thanks!

Francis became pope. He is the first modern pope who had the courage to say what's on his mind.
It's about time.
