(32,037 posts)I posted from an older desktop, and keeping up with the replies will tax an aging. slower machine.
I have it on good authority that the laptop will be ready for next Sunday.
I'll read all the replies, and answer when I can.
HAPPY SUNDAY!

A real disaster has been averted by having a fill in for the Sunday LOL cats...it could have been ugly around here if all these addicted folks were to be forced to go cold turkey.
Thank god the crisis is over.

(132,440 posts)we are glad to have you back. as usual, cannot possibly pick a favourite, although the guys with the kittens, the white tigers, and all the babies. . .and, of course, the dolphins riding the waves (which happens to look exactly like what I saw one time when I was sitting on the beach in ventura! a favourite memory.). please give crystal a big hug from me, and I wish you both wonderful naps and a great week.

(4,373 posts)Welcome back!
Agschmid did a great job and there were no LOL withdrawals reported.
Since I have a sink cat I'm always happy to get more information about them, though mine never asks if I'm planning on using the sink, she just moves in
And tigers and very adorable German Shepherds and...well, much cuteness ensues...also, many good vibe toward your computer finishing its resurrection.
Many naps for you!

(3,736 posts)You have been missed but many thanks to Agschmid for making our Sundays happy during your absence!
Great LOL's today.... I especially like the one about cats spotting a bird across the yard but not finding a piece of chicken under their nose. How many of us have said.... 'No...it's right there.... there.... idiot... it's right there...." The most far-sighted creatures on the planet and the most frustrating!
Also love the post-Mardi Gras kitten.... been there many years ago, wondering the same thing....
Great to have you back!

(18,219 posts)I almost didn't miss you. (I lie)
"Now it's mine" is so true in this house.
As is "can't find the meat".
What is it with cats? Makes me wonder how they survived without us.
Waiting line for snuggles is too cute.
And I have to say that the Bengal kitties sleeping in the shape of a heart is so sweet.
I have waited a few weeks to say this to you------have a wonderful Sunday with lots of naps, and a great week.

Thanks for the great LOLs.

(7,541 posts)It is good to know you can take a vacation if desired and we will survive. You had a great temp.
Computer problems drive us all crazy, I am afraid we are all addicted.
I can usually not pick a fave.....but the lamb and daffodils... they are my favorite flower, they remind me of my mother, of home and of the hope of Spring.

(9,298 posts)Salmon - you're back in your usual fine form! I know, I know, you'll say you get a lot of help, but you can't fool us. This is not a hobby...this is a public serve and a passion.
All the kitteh groupings made me smile, especially the ones attracted to sinks. And pockets.
Well done and glad your computer is once again in play. Have one fantastic week since it's already tomorrow by your clock.

(5,909 posts)Top 3 in no order are the dolphins in the surf, the apple/owl and the shark wearing the 3-D glasses.
