He was a big hit in several countries for his whistling, was famous for that, and here in USA he was famous for The Last Farewell and for Durham Town ( whic was also big hit for The Seekers).
late 60's type. Pleasant voice, nice songs.
Try to catch The Last Farewell on You Tube...nice anti-war song.
